2. How much does it cost? What are the modes of payment?

  - The Subscription costs $3/ $5 per Week and renews automatically every week.

3. Will the Subscription renew automatically?

  - Yes, this is an auto-renewing Subscription. Your subscription starts from the date your Trial period ends.
  - You will automatically be billed the same day of every week. For example, if you join on April 5th, your next billing date will be April 12th.
  - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. How do I subscribe to WordTrip?

  To Subscribe to WordTrip, tap on the VIP banner in the Coin Shop, and then tap on the ‘Try for Free’ or ‘Subscribe’ button on the ‘Become a VIP’ dialogue box.

5. How does the Free Trial work?

  - Once you have opted in for a Free Trial, you can enjoy all the VIP plan benefits for Free for the duration of the Trial.
  - The trial Subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription after 3 days, and you will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period.
  - You can cancel the Subscription at any point during the Free Trial.
  - Note: Your Joining Bonus will be granted at the end of the trial period.

7. When will I receive my Joining Bonus?

  - Your Joining Bonus will be rewarded at the end of your Free Trial.
  - The Joining Bonus is a one-time reward that is given the first time you become a Subscriber on WordTrip.

8. How will I be notified when I receive a free Burst Hint?

  There will be a timer displayed below the Burst Hint icon which will tell you when you are going to receive your next free hint. Keep coming back regularly to receive more Free Hints!

9. What Ads will be turned off as part of my Subscription?

  You will not see any Ads in between puzzles or banner ads on your puzzle screen while your Subscription is active. Although, you will still have the option to Watch Videos to earn more Coins and Spins!

10. Can I use the same Subscription on multiple devices

  - Subscriptions are linked to your Google Play Store/ iTunes Appstore Account, not to your device. If you get a new or additional device, reinstall the app where you purchased the subscription and you'll have access to   your content.
  - If you can’t access your content, make sure you’re using the same Google Play Store/ iTunes Appstore Account as when you purchased the content.
  - Note: The same subscription cannot be used on both iOS and Android devices.

11. Where can I view, manage or cancel my Subscription?

To manage or cancel your Subscription, simply go through the following steps:

  1. Open Settings on your device, scroll down and tap on iTunes and App Store-
  2. Click on Apple ID: (your email) and choose View Apple ID. Proceed to enter your password or Touch ID if required
  3. Scroll down, tap on Subscriptions and select WordTrip

12. If I cancel the Subscription before the end of the Week do I get a partial refund?

  - Your benefits will remain intact until your subscription expires on your next one week anniversary. However, you will not receive a partial refund while you are enjoying these benefits.
  - You will not receive any future billing from us once you cancel the subscription.

13. If I cancel, will I be able to rejoin the VIP Plan at any time?

   Yes, you can re-subscribe to the VIP Plan at any time.

14. How can I get a refund?
